I'd reccomend Mr Davis 10 times over. I'm A Veteran and after a long Fight with the VA I was awarded my benefits per help from Mr Davis. Excellent customer service and he is a man of his word. He did not stop until the case was won! I appreciate him. If you need a great lawyer, one who has your best interest at heart please look no further!

Robert Davis did a fine job in representing my case to the VA. I had no progress from two prior law firms who espoused representing veterans as their specialty. Mr Dvis helped me get positive decisions from the VA. I am very grateful to him.

I worked with Mr Davis for close to 8 years on my case. The entire time he was available for questions and informative. He explained things very well and did so in a way I could understand. He is dedicated and thorough. I would not hesitate to contact him again if I need help. Thank you Mr davis.

I must stand by my original rating of one star, which was honestly a mistake, I started this review and got distracted. I accepted Mr. Davis' choice of words to "not contact him directly or ask for his legal services in the future" as we initially parted ways. The mistake I made was giving Mr. Davis a chance to begin with. After leaving the initial single star review, I received an email and a phone call from Mr. Davis. Mr. Davis continued to add more insults on a mistake that could have been corrected. In the year and 3 months between my initial contact with Mr. Davis and when I decided to ask for Mr. Davis to withdraw as my representative, he lacked communication, dismissed my needs, disregarded my questions I had about my case and those are only the start to the poor service he provided me as his client. In that year, he blew me off multiple times by saying he had to put working on my case on hold because some old cases were showing up again. At no point during our initial conversations did he mention a contract or service fees so we did not sign any agreements on the cost for his services. When I contacted Mr. Davis to withdraw as representative for my case, he mentioned his fees. This is when I learned that his fees had no cap. I learned that with no cap on his fees, he would have been able to charge me everything I would have gotten in retro active benefits/pay from the VA. The decision to ask Mr. Davis to withdraw was because I went to the VA myself, registered and began the process to receive benefits which I began receiving that day. A VA staff member was assigned to assist me in what I initially reached out to Mr. Davis to represent me in. The best decision I made was asking him to withdraw as representative (lawyer) in my VA benefits case. I do not appreciate in the manner or the tone in how I was approached in response to an error I made in my 1 star review. Had Mr. Davis not sent me a rude, unprofessional and disrespectful email to a mistake that was made, I would not be sharing this information with anyone. Now I am exposing this information, not out anger but because how many other Veterans have been taken advantage of, how many more could be and then to suffered from his attacks.

Mr. Davis, did for me in less than 2 years, what I had struggled with for over 10 years, and 2 other attorneys. I would not hesitate to use him again.
