I would stay away from this branch/bank. I scheduled a phone call but nobody called me at the agreed call time. Then I tried calling the branch multiple times, each time I was told by the automatic greeting to call back later. I do not feel comfortable giving my money to a bank that cannot provide customer service.

Awful service and communication. Stay away from this branch. I was there at branch today asking for some service - and all the info Asst. BM gave me - was all incorrect. He directed me to some 3rd party with some info -all were wrong/misleading. When I came back later, he was very adament about his approach or statements - I had long standing premium accounts there. Never expected service like this!!!.....Stay away.

I went to cash a check from the original company and they requested I take it straight to their bank. The teller asked for not only my ID, my CC Card, then questioned me about what did I do after I explained I work for the company. I was the only black woman in the location. I have never been so humiliated in my life. Ive worked for this company for over two years and received an e-check. This is for community outreach and the lady thought it was fraud. How when the company has an account with you. On top of that I called the National Coordinator and said they dont have a problem cashing the check. They even tried to charge me $10 to cancel the check. She then stamped it endorsement cancelled meaning the see the funds are available and no legitimate reason to not process the payment when I provided all and extra documentation. I will be contacting my legal team. Im tired of being discriminated and work this hard to help our community to help with diversity and inclusion and this is how they treat you and wonder why we chose local credit unions that are for us and by us!! Please respond becuase I will be following up with your corporate office
