I walked into this Bank with the thought of having a situation, resolved or receiving some kind of information on how to resolve a fraud matter on my Account An accountant did not wanna help me. Instead, they directed me to the greeter in the lobby. What a joke, all the way from, the fraud department to the bankers at this location I have received nothing but horrible customer service with no resolution to my matter or help in anyway. The merchant who fraudulently took money out of my account, was clearly a scam. They are not licensed nor registered with the Secretary of State or with the federal trade commission. chase did give me my money back originally and then reversed it because they chose in favor of the merchant, without any kind of proof that they actually completed a service for me. On Top of that this was done in chapel hill and at that time that I was in Atlanta Georgia and I have proof that I was in Atlanta Georgia that time. Chase has been no help at all!!!!! I do not recommend this business to anyone and will never do business with this company again.

I needed to have my identity certified for a bank in New York where my recently deceased mother had an account. The NY bank had a form in which you copied your drivers license on to and an attorney, bank officer, notary or accountant signed that you are the person on the drivers license. I have had an account at Chase for ~3 years. I was greeted at the arboretum branch by a young man who took the form back to someone who did not even have the courtesy to speak with me. He/she sent the young man back saying they wont certify an identity. That began a 2+ hour saga of finding someone who could complete the simple form. I had to drive to South Carolina to get a notary who could both sign and stamp the form (North Carolina notaries are not allowed to do both I was told at a UPS store) If this is Chase idea of customer service I guess I will be looking for a new bank!
