Alycia was very unprofessional. My appointment started fine, I was shown where all the dresses were and was given instruction of what to do until my stylist came out. She came out and greeted me and that was great, from there it went completely down hill. I felt very rushed to go through the dresses, I gave an idea of what I was looking for and she was pulling up pictures on the tablet and pulling dresses that were the complete opposite of what I had in mind. Now I was still optimistic because you never how it will look once on. I was rushed to begin trying on dresses, and once I began I received no help from my stylist, besides being asked on a scale of 1-10 how I would rate the dress. About the third dress in alycia began auctioning off a dress. She stated would like to try on a dress thats only $200, its only $200. Once I tried that said dress on, alycia was standing beside me in the mirror with her fingers crossed and then acted like she shed a tear once I rated lower than a 8. She was very young so I chalked it up to that. The entire appointment did not feel special, I felt rushed, I felt like another number, and I was not helped in my selection at all. I ended the appointment early. I get the store is closing and they may just be trying to get as many dresses out while they can, but the way myself and my group were treated was absolutely ridiculous and it was not a special moment at all while looking for my wedding dress.

Jackie was the perfect stylist for us. She immediately picked styles that fit my sister and also helped us get a great deal! Very thankful for her and this experience. Couldnt have been complete without her
