Verizon

I decided to take advantage of the new phone offer at Verizon and transfer my number and business to them. The phone I wanted was not in stock, so one was 'shipped to me'. That's where this began to deteriorate. They used UPS to deliver the phone. Restrictions do not allow me to change the delivery. I traded work shifts with another person to stay home today to receive the new phone. UPS did not deliver to my home. I have Ring camera video to prove it. They attempted delivery to a neighbor and left the ticket on a neighbor's door. I was on hold for 42 minutes with Verizon. The call dropped, and no one called back (Antonio). Then, I was on hold for 18 minutes when the call dropped. No one called back (Gladys). Then, (Thelma) asked me to call UPS directly and she stated that she would call back in 30 minutes to see how the delivery  changes were being process. No call back (Thelma). UPS won't allow me to change the delivery because of Verizon's restrictions. Now, I need to miss another work shift to hope that UPS will delver to MY ACTUAL ADDRESS and not a neighbor's address. I plan to cancel the phone and my customer experience at Verizon tomorrow. They'll have to take it up with UPS.

Well now there is a great team of guys working there. Once again it's nice to drop in and shop. It's about time to change phones again. Mike got us everything we needed.

The people that I dealt with this weekend were all great! I came in to buy 4 new iPhones and they made it happen. My salesperson worked with me to get me the best plan and the best deals on phones. The follow up after the sale has been great as well. The longest part was getting the TMobile people to release my numbers so they could be ported. Great job guys! Thanks

Rob helped me out and was very courteous and professional even with me leaving Verizon for a competitor. I think he deserves a raise and should be acknowledged for his good service.
