        I hired Mr. Franks firm to assist me with a parents estate. Firm claimed I had no authorization to become POA, and that Id need to find a Gurdian for the estate. Firm went on to tell me the court would not deem me an appropriate fit to be the Guardian of the estate for my own parent, and claimed we would have to have Mr. Frank become Guardian of the estate for a yearly fee. I went to a different attorney who quickly saw that I did in fact have the needed paperwork to become POA. Mr. Franks firm then refused to release my own paperwork back to me for three weeks and transferred all my calls directly to voicemail (unless I called from a different number they didnt have on file), and failed to return calls.
