Anytime that I have to make the service to my KIA Sorento, I got scared because of the prices and misleading in this Dutch Miller KIA. I came for a recall, but I also asked for a different service, and I told them to send me the quote first. I approve the quote for $1193, but suddenly, the person who took my order (Dallas, he is actually a nice guy) he said that is only the labor price. No includes the parts, when I asked for the parts, the prices were exorbitant. I declined for most of the servive because of the expensive it was, and they agreed with me. At the end I paid around $300, for a work that a regular mechanic can do for around $100. I will never come back unless if is a recall/guaranteed at no cost. BE AWARE about how they will charge you when doing service.

Sooooo disappointed in this dealershippurchased and paid off a vehicle from here..went in recently again to purchase and left empty handed..only to have my phone blown up by a commission hungry salesman... I wouldve thought when a customer RETURNS! to give you their business youd do whatevers necessary to KEEP their business ..like literally not let them leave without putting them in something.(SEEING AS THEY'RE YOUR BREAD AND BUTTER!!!) then days later i hear an ad on the radio saying basically come one come all weve got a GREAT DEAL for you..bad credit or not etc etc!! really??? well what about your returning customers..? .. no GREAT DEALS for them..?????? wow how disappointing. Response: Selling me the Seltos..?? so you sold it to me? ( id love to see that paperwork where you sold it to me!! ) screenshot!!! well if it was sold to me folks me why would I be making a review that I a returning customer left empty-handed??? as I stated very very disappointing. Dont worry.. not that it matters but I wont ever return. Best regards
