This was our fourth home purchase. In the past, we have utilized very large firms or mortgage companies, and typically its hit or miss in terms of the quality of service, and the level of sales-pushiness that you may get. Cody is the first lender, in my entire life, who has spoken to us, like people, and not dollar signs, who answered our questions directly, and genuinely cared about getting us the best rate. He and his entire team were extremely responsive. Brooke was very easy to communicate with, and Malinda worked tirelessly with her team to help us navigate a very unique financial situation. We will 1000% work with Cody in the entire team at Atlantic Bay Mortgage the next time we purchase or refinance. Its just been so rare in that industry to find someone where you can ask a simple question and get a simple answer. They are literally so remarkable!

A friend recommended Amy at Atlantic Bay and I can absolutely see why. I shopped more than one place for a mortgage and Amy easily won my business. She was friendly, responsive, answered all my questions with confidence, and made the process seamless. She also was able to get me a 15 year mortgage on a secondary home when other reputable private mortgage lenders could not. I cant thank her enough for making this experience stress free!
