If I could leave less than ONE STAR, I would. Amanda Mulqueen was the loan officer my daughter was working with and this process has been a nightmare. My daughter was told she qualified for the HOME TOWN HEROS program(First Responder) and then days before closing was told she didn't qualify. This program isn't even open yet and will not be for another week(April 15). Long story short--- total mismanagement of the file and my daughter ended up loosing the house she had paid for inspection, appraisal and title work to be completed on. By far the worse experience for a young person trying to buy their first home.

Brandon is absolutely the best. We had him for our first mortgage. We were working with another mortgage company and they could not get us qualified for the loan that they pre approved. We kept waiting and waiting and when they asked for a third cosigner, I reached out to Brandon with Primis and he helped us close the loan in 13 days. Absolutely Amazing. He always kept us informed, gave clear instructions with next steps, and responded promptly and the best thing, got us qualified without a third cosigner. He will be our to go person for our next house.
