Tammy Burney does not do her due diligence or follow legal procedure, does not respond to calls or emails. She passes off her responsibilities as a business owner to her employees. This company has left my concerns unresolved going on a year now and has no intention of cooperating. The company chooses to use an ill-reputed real estate lawyer (Kenneth T. Davies) who lies about legal documents and who has been formally reprimanded twice, and banned from practicing law for a year once already. Ms. Burneys outspoken and prejudiced associates put into question her ability to serve the public without bias. You are the company that you keep. My experience with her is that she does not treat clients as equals, but as pests that she doesnt have time for.

Falcon One has helped our community so much. Our previous management company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Falcon One got us back on track and Amanda is always pleasant and professional. I am SO GLAD our community switched to Falcon One Management, they got stuff done that was long overdue.

I own multiple properties in the Charlotte area and this is the most unprofessional HOA and property management company I have ever seen. This company received a complaint from one homeowner on another homeowner and automatically assumes the complaint is valid before fully investigating the situation. This company assumes guilt before getting the facts. We have police reports and videos supporting our story and the other homeowner has nothing. This company completely lacks due diligence and professionalism. Would never recommend them to manage your properties.
