This is one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to in my life. Staff rude and disrespectful as heck. Been here to have surgery and yet to see a doctor over 24 hours. The staff here could really Careless about you as a human being. Can't handle much more. But, it's Sunday today and speaking with this new morning team. I have a little better hope that I'm not wasting my time here on having this surgery done.

A friend , who is on crutches was admitted via ambulance . He was told he had COVID and was given a one ride bus pass and told to go . Back to a men's shelter with hundreds of men. Just go back sir . No we don't know where the bus stop is , sorry you are on crutches , bye now ! That's the worst case of treatment I've heard of in a while. Was it because he stayed at a men's shelter ? I believe it was very bad for the hospital to treat a person like that. Who was in obvious need of help and you just sent him on his way.

My mother was admitted over a week ago and they doctors and nurses at this hospital are quite amazing. And I have alot of experience with hospitals between my mother and father's needs and I would be considered a tough advocate. She has moved from emergency level which was ok and room to improved, but was relatively good for emergency room experiences to 3rd floor for tackling the general pain management, then 5th floor for Cardiac management with excellent nurses and now to 4th floor with GI doctors and nurses and I have not had one bad experience with nurses, some are more official than others but in general ALL have been good. Although I wish she could stay on one floor, I can see the nurse's expertise change with each floor and that was good since she is a complicated case. Heads up to Dr. Caldwell the Hospitalist doctor whose patience and composure and manners makes this tough experience positive. And he did not insist on only talking to the patient, and talked to me as well.
