I came when they first open on 11/27 at 10 a.m. black girl with the ponytail has an attitude and didnt say hello or anything. Its not my fault you didnt want to be there dont be rude, simple.

Daijah Irick is the best person / manager that I have ever came in contact with dealing with retail I want to first start off and say her Charming respectful welcoming personality was awesome customer service sent me to a local DTLR because I had ordered my children the wrong size shoes online she refunded the funds and put them on a gift card so I could hurry up and purchase the right size online since online had the correct sizes and by the fact that it was a new release she wanted to make sure that I didn't miss out on them having the latest nicest shoes so they can start school in fashion long story short was having difficulties with a defaulty gift card and customer service was getting us she went above and beyond no matter how long it took to to rectify the issue that was going on 2 hours later after all her hard work to make sure that me and my children were satisfied the issue was finally resolved I was able to order my kids the right size shoe thank you so much Daijah Irick our the best God bless
