        Very upset with this hotel. Booked online for an overnight stay. Had to cancel several weeks in advance as my son's father is having open heart surgery and I needed the money to help get him to be with his father. They do not care, refused a refund , and I'm sure will rent my room to another person and collect another almost 200 from them. SMH, no hearts. I will not use them in the future when they have no compassion for others.
