        An all-around terrific appointment. Dr. Robert Africano is wonderful and his intern, Shawn, obviously has great potential. In addition, Cathy was so helpful with an insurance glitch. This was my first-time visit and I was totally impressed. I plan to return whenever the need arises. Five stars, guys! Many thanks for the positive experience!

        Unprofessional. The lady who confirms appointments was very rude. Even though my paperwork EXPLICITLY said I have had previous surgeries, they waited until 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me I could not be seen because the doctor I was seeing was remote, and remote providers do not see patients who have had surgery - how you do a remote eye exam is beyond me. Go elsewhere and dont waste your time.
