        This is the 3rd or 4th time I have asked for an afternoon appointment. Then received multiple reminders to arrive 10-15 minutes before appointment only to find the door locked because EVERYONE is at lunch. Then sit in my car for the 10-15 minutes I came to appointment like the multiple reminders told me to! Has happened to my husband as well, once where he stood there in pouring rain waiting for someone to open the door!
