I have been with Practice Builders since 2010. As with some of the previous reviews, I ran into major problems with primarily contact and service in the recent past. I personally contacted the new CEO and he assured me that there were major changes that were coming to improve service. Vinod was our new contact and helped with major changes to our website, all done with timely responses and excellent service. I have been very impressed with the turnaround in service. I firmly believe that they have cleaned house and offer superior service now.

They changed from a west coast CA address. Terrible service. Over billed us multiple times for website hosting. They do not respond to email and unable to talk to anyone in authority on the phone. When they do answer they give excuses and we cannot understand the person with a thick accent. Discontinuing any future business with them relation after 20 years! We have had enough!

Frequent difficulty getting anyone one the phone. Non responsive to Emails. I am not sure what I am paying for at this point. Turn over rate at this company is large leaving my practice with out any contacts here.
