        I love the availability of the management team, especially Bobby! He is very professional and holds his staff accountable to the needs that I have presented. The work orders I put in were all completed and I am very satisfied with the work! I am really enjoying living here at Emerald Forest! Thank you!

        Keeping my head above water during these times have been challenging. But, the PM here is very graceful, And understanding. I had my car stolen a couple months before moving here. And the financial effects started to settle in. But, I'm grateful for the people who work behind the scenes and take care of us. God bless yall.

        Beware Slum Lords! I lived here for a 3-month lease during the summer of 2023 for 1,500 per month in a studio. Upon move in, the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and bathroom fans didn't work, and a shelf in the kitchen was broken. I immediately informed the office and documented the issues on the move-in form. They pretended like they cared, but did nothing. There is also a serious insect infestation and trash all over the complex. Besides these issues, they take shockingly good care of the pool and gym. It's mostly families in this complex, and I never had an issue with anyone here. If you get a remodeled unit and NEVER need maintenence, you may be ok to live here.

      Kyle Rosinke, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. The monthly base rate of $1410.00 you were charged, is due to having a higher premium for the short term lease of 3 months you selected prior to move in. Typically our studio units rent for anywhere between $945 - $1,450 (depending on lease term selected). We don't understand the 1 star review if you never encountered issues, the amenities were kept up with, and we never had any service requests submitted to us via your resident portal.
