Emory Woods @RTP Apartments

My husband and I lived there for 14 months in a 2 room 1 and 1/2 bathrooms we loved the space and the area everything was good except that there were a lot of cockroaches we notified it to the office, but they didnt pay attention to us if it wasnt for the cockroaches we would renew our contract with them I would recommend to future residents to make sure they show you the unit where youre going to live to make sure Theres not cockroaches before moving

First of all I am writing because Ithzia is the bomb. She is very beautiful plus fair and sweet. I moved here because of someone like her. She should run for president with Kiara. If she ever leave she will be missed. I am giving 5 stars because of her fairness. Keep up the good work Ithzia and Kaira.

Save your money, it is not a safe or properly maintained place. There is never communication between those in the office and the corporation. You speak for maintenance about something that is going wrong, they don't have an appointment nor do they call you before coming in. 12 years renting in different places and this is the worst
