        Came in to tour the place by Ashley who helped and answered mostly all of my questions sent everything over . Got an email saying we were conditionally approved. Called multiple times to see exactly everything we needed to meet the rent. never heard from Ashley nor her manager. We had to hear that we was not accepted to continue the next process from Morgan. Nice complex but very disappointed that management (Ashley) didnt inform us.

        ETP is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Move-in was a breeze; everything was clean and ready to go. The maintenance team was also really helpful and nice!

        My family and I moved into ETP as one of the first residents. Everything about the process made us sure we picked the right community out of the ones we toured. The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Weve recommended Elevate The Park to a number of friends and were very happy with our choice.
