        We love living here! The apartments are spacious and well kept. The staff are FANTASTIC! I love the events that they put on (shoutout to the book club run by Brittany!). The maintenance staff are also AMAZING! They always respond quickly, are so nice, and fix the problems every time. Beautiful location surrounded by trees and only a short walk to the New Hope Commons.

        The Flats at 55Twelve are amazing! Maintenance is wicked fast and do an amazing job, they are wonderful! The staff and management are so incredibly nice and want to make sure you never have any issues. The facilities are beautiful and clean!! There are so many dog poop stations around the neighborhood which I absolutely love. My dog loves the dog parks too! The home layouts are also perfect for my family, overall HIGHLY recommend!
