Had a wonderful experience with Richs auto. Needed an emergency repair of my broken power window. They went out of their way to help me. Did the repair quickly and for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

I'm a senior who is driving an 11 year old high mileage car and was 500 miles from home when I started hearing noises that I thought might be a wheel bearing. Since I didn't know anyone I googled local repair shops in hopes of finding someone that could help a stranded traveler. My first call was to Rich's Automotive and spoke to Josh. He was so polite, professional, knowledgeable and honest explaining everything after diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a brake problem. He could have taken advantage of a stranded traveler but didn't. He worked quickly to get me back on the road and was more than reasonable on the cost. I couldn't have had a better experience. If I lived in that area he would be my only go to guy for car maintenance and repairs. He is truly one of the goods guys and a good person too. Service: Brakes
