        Very poor technical service. Spent more than an hour with Tech. Had to wait 20 minutes to get service, and they were not busy. When I left, my phone was in worse condition than BEFORE I WENT IN! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I'D NEVER GO BACK THERE. I'VE YET TO FIND ANY VERIZON STORE THAT PROVIDES "SERVICE!"

        I am customer for while I bought alot phones from verizon Today I went to there I want buy I phone 13 pro max They refused me to buy it They sent me to best buy To buy over there I don't know whats wrong with the seller He told me over here is too much expensive I amazed him If they continue fire the customers no one go buy the stuff from them

        Went to buy my grandson the Xbox x series console because I heard it was the only place that still had them in stock. They wouldn't let me purchase it because I wasn't a Verizon customer and said that it wouldn't work on any other network. I thought it was all pretty stupid. Guy says, "So let's make you a Verizon customer." No thanks. Found the Xbox at Target, it was the last one they had. And I still don't need Verizon service they're too expensive, that's why I'm satisfied with the services I have in place. I have good ,reliable service at a reasonable price.
