        This company has poor customer service. I lost a relative and called this firm asking for an appointment to discuss estate taxes. The person answering the business phone was curt and said the firm wasn't taking on new customers. When I asked for a recommendation of another business that could help me, I was told to leave my name and number so that the company's estate tax specialst could call me later. I never received a call.

        Nelson and Company have been our CPAs for over 35 years. They do my P&Ls and income tax work for my business and do all of my tax work for me personally and for my LLC. They are extremely responsive and are always there to help me when I need them.
