I was very impressed by Dr. Thompsons professionalism. I was there for my annual whole body check. She was friendly and took care of my skin problems.

June 20, 2023 This updates my review of several months back. Once again I had a very positive experience with Dr. Stein and her staff. Five stars again. I arrived at the offices about 15 minutes early. So I figured I'd have a wait. Not at all! The staff took me back to the exam room 10 minutes early. And Dr. Stein arrived about a minute later. She found several pre-cancerous sites on my forehead and back and carefully explained the treatment she applied (zapped with liquid nitrogen). She also advised me on a recent wound on my ankle and explained how to treat it at home. In my senior years I spend a lot of time in doctors' offices. Dr. Stein and her staff are the best by far in managing their time. And I have 100% confidence in Dr. Stein's expertise. She explains things thoroughly in plain language. Bravo Regional Dermatology! Making the appt was seamless and quick. At a time when many of my healthcare providers are keeping me on hold for long periods, I particularly appreciate the prompt response from Dr. Stein's appointments staff. 2. On site for the appt, the operation works like a well-oiled machine. The reception process is fast and courteous and the waiting area immaculate (good wifi too!). 3. Dr. Stein is very professional and, in my case, really engaged with me about two major surgeries I had recently. I really felt like this was 'whole person' healthcare, She's very thorough in identifying dermatological issues and also providing advice for keeping my aging skin healthy.
