Witherspoon Rose Culture

Witherspoon classes are amazing and informative. My roses are beautiful and produce more than I can give away and everyone loves them.

I called to get help with my roses. I had used Witherspoons two years prior to prune and fertilize my roses and was told by Dwayne that the roses were damaged by herbicides. I tried for two years and was able successful in nursing them back to health, so I called again to ask for advice, and again spoke to Dwayne. He remember the roses and said the damage from a herbicide should have resolved by now. Dwayne thought it might be Rose Rosette and he would need to see them. He did tell me the consultation would be $150 and I agreed to that. He came out to the house, looked at the roses, and said there was not enough foliage for him to be able to diagnose rosette. He told me to send him a picture in the spring of new growth and he would be able to diagnose the problem. Why did I have to pay $150 for something he couldve looked at a picture of? He knew there would be no new growth at this time of year. I have called the company to discuss getting a refund on the $150 to no avail. I have asked to speak to David Pike, President, and been told he will never take my call. I can only communicate with him by email. I am so disappointed with Witherspoon, who have been my go to Rose experts for years. I will no longer be working with a company who takes advantage of their customers and has clearly lost their expertise is roses. M. Jones

Whoever drives a Silverado with their name and website on it is very uncourteous to others. He was driving well below the speed limit in the left lane going west on I40. Traffic was already bad enough, but he was adamant to not letting others around him.
