Brooke was knowledgable about the product and very thorough. Explained everything clearly and was professional. She earned our business. I can't review the product as it hasn't been installed yet. Update. It has been about 9 months and we are happy we made the decision to get the gutters protected. If you have tons of trees over your house this is definitely the way to go! FYI, they are extremely expensive.

Contacted this company for a quote on Gutter Guard installation upon which they replied with a text. After 3 days of texting with an incompetent representative to schedule an in-person conversation with a sales rep, I declined further interest. Since then, I have received multiple calls from various (919) 503-**** numbers; all of which leave no voicemail and dial back to this company's call center. They simply will not take no for an answer! Due to their poor business practices, I would highly recommend against contacting this company. Also, notice that their most recent 5-star ratings on Google over the past year have been from reviewers with 0-3 previous reviews. To me, it is obvious that the reviews are not legit. I wish I would have caught that sooner.

Gutters look great and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Had our gutters installed 2 days after our estimate. Great product and fantastic service from the company.

Actually speechless after scheduling a quote how this company hasnt been charged with fraud. The actual confidence in the sales person to start his quote at $4,700 for 70 ft of gutter guards to only drop it to $2,200 when I told him were not even on the same planet. Very sketchy the material costs $80 for 60 feet at Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and do NOT contact these consumer predators.

Customer service representative was not knowledgeable and it was not limited to one person, either. Appointments were not confirmed, set or even followed up. It's a good thing the company did not show up or this review would have been much worse, if based on account management and customer service.
