This hotel is right off the interstate which is fantastic because I was just stopping for the night. The front desk staff was very friendly from the phone call I made to let them know I was going to be arriving in the wee hours, until the time I arrived when I was greeted warmly with smiles! The rooms are well equipped and the bed is comfortable which is to be expected with IHG hotels! It's a great location with lots of restaurants and things really close by! I love that I had a kitchen, couch, and bed in the standard room it would be perfect if I was staying for a week or a month!
Rooms: My room was clean and had a large two-seat sofa, Ottomans,end tables a fully equipped kitchen large bathtub closet and vanity area!

Former regular:
Room stinks of smoke, is only cleaned sporadically, when asked, they promise improvement, but nothing happens. Marijuana is consumed again and again and all the floors always reek of it.
The hotel advertises washing machines, 3 out of 4 are defective. When you ask repeatedly after 4 weeks whether these will be repaired, you are laughed at and told you should go somewhere else.
The advertised laundry service is also not offered. The telephone at the pool has been broken since last year, and the grills advertised are no longer complete.
With a bit of luck you'll get new sheets after 3 weeks.
Cars are constantly being broken into in the parking lot, but the employees/managers don't care.
If you need a roof over your head and can't find anything else, you can stay here for 1-2 nights.
It's a shame last year was even better.
