I am about to move across the country from Phoenix to Durham and my new apartment requires renter's insurance prior to the move-in date. I contacted Emmanuel Ekop's office based off the stellar reviews I had read and I was not disappointed. Ekemini, one of the team members, took great care of me. She was prompt and her communication was outstanding. I had my renter's insurance policy in no time - a truly painless experience. I will be looking to continue my relationship with this team on auto insurance once I complete my move.

EK is an absolute delight and worked with me to switch my Auto and Home policies after Progressive decided to be the absolute worst! They are real people who will treat you like a real person, and that is the best feeling! EK made sure that all my numbers were correct and advised me on the best ways to set everything up.
