We love doing business with Thaggard Insurance. They care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile. They are a family owned business who will sit and talk to you and explain everything to you and work with you. I would highly recommend you let them handle all your insurance needs.

We love this Insurance company. Our agent has helped us with multiple policies and has advised us through some important business insurance decisions. These guys have been extremely helpful and have impressed us with the personal touches and attention to detail with everything related to our insurance needs. Faxes, emails and phone calls are returned quickly and there have been no surprises or mistakes in our billing or correspondence. They have impressed us with how easy it is to deal with them.In addition to this, we have never had an insurance question that our agent couldn't answer. We have had two very different kinds of businesses insured with them (one a few years ago and one currently). Through this we have found them to be knowledgeable and patient with insurance advise and Mike (our agent) has even come all the way across town several times to help me understand how to best cover our businesses and feel at-ease about having the right coverage for our needs.I would recommend them to anyone.
