I called around for prices on triple shredded hardwood bark mulch, and Triangle had the best price. Because we were within 10 miles, and had ordered more than 10 cubic yards, delivery was free.
However, at the last minute, due to imminent rain the next day, I had to cal and reschedule the delivery. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.
I dealt mostly with Stacey, who, as it turns out, is co-owner of Triangle with her husband. It is a family-run business, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Stacey was completely sympathetic and quickly rescheduled our delivery. Ironically, the rain never came, but that's another story.
Of course, a lower price is not a good enough reason to do business with them if the product is not good.
Though their headquarters is in Raleigh, they have a satellite yard in Morrisville, where we went to view the mulch. It was first class. They also have stone, gravel, slate and other products there.
To top things off, when the huge load of mulch was delivered, the driver (Matt) was able to place half of it in one spot, and the other half in another, making it much easier to move the mulch first to the front yard, then the back.
From start to finish, we were completely satisfied with product, service and attitude. We will be using them again next time we need mulch, for sure.

Follow up .. I used them again this year (2024) and this time had 26 Cu Yds delivered and spread on the same day. The crew went to work immediately and didn't stop until I ordered them to take a break for lunch, or they would have kept on. They were courteous and extremely professional. They did a fantastic job! Everything looks great. We asked them to tweak a few spots, which they did without complaint. The end result .. excellent mulch, excellent service, an excellent overall experience!! Love these guys!

New facility is amazing. My go-to landscaping supply provider for the past seven years just got a huge upgrade! And it's so close to West Cary that a round trip is now half the distance for me. Best landscaping supplier in the Triangle!

I do not recommend this place if you are just starting a landscaping business I had been a customer for more than two years and returned on Saturday 08/19/23 I asked for 4 yards of mulch and the person who carries the mulch only gave me a bucket and half and he said that it was ready then he didn't reach me with all that and I went back to ask for three more and I asked if how much the bucket would hold and they told me two and a half yards so then I went to where they load the mulch and I only poured one bucket and he told me that it was ready and I told him here there are not three yards and he said that if they were because he was pouring the bucket full I recommend that you better buy your mulch at family home garden the mulch is better and they give the complete yards

I was running a little late and the staff was very nice about loading me up right at closing. This is pretty unusual these days, both the people behind the desk and the loader driver have gone above and beyond to help me.
