        I have called 5 different numbers and been on the phone over an hour trying to get a hold of someone who can help me with my new mortgage - NO luck. I was transferred by the branch to "someone in lending" and it turned out to be that woman's cell number. After getting an attitude with me for calling her cell (which I DIDN'T - her own company transferred me to it!) she said she would text me the number I needed BUT NEVER DID!!! They brag about being a small bank with personal service but it is a LIE. Now that I have a problem, there is NO ONE around to help me! Stay away at ALL COSTS!
