I make deposits for my employer about every other day at this particular location and the women are always nice. On this particular day, Diane or something like that was the cashier, first time seeing her. It wasnt a good experience at all, she acted like she didnt like her job, and I mentioned my employer may start using Loomis for our deposits and she stated we dont bring in enough cash to pay Loomis. I then needed change and I assume she heard me wrong but she stated my math is off. Even if it was off I dont think thats something you say to a customer. Upon leaving she said nothing until I asked her name, at that time she told me to have a great day as if she was forced to say it. Im not sure if the customer behind me picked up on it but, out of no where he told me a have a great day with a smile as if he was the cashier. The woman at this location are usually very nice and welcoming. Diane seem like she hated her job.

The branch manager is rude and needs a crash course on customer service and basic banking. She told me I needed an appointment for a basic service that I happily waited in line to speak with her about. I went to another branch and they apologized for her ineptitude, and took care of my request within 5 minutes. They told me that any branch manager should know how to handle what I needed and there was no excuse for her to send me across town to another branch. The tellers are very friendly, but I truly feel for them because they certainly arent being trained properly by this branch manager if she cant even do her own job.

Great service, better professional banking experience ever. PNC Bank should have more available banks around NC area. The best Bank experience ever

Similar to other reviews. At least six staff working and I'm standing in the lobby typing this while the two clients in the whole building stand in front of the teller desk....
Went into the building intending to make a withdrawal and decided to close my checking and line of credit. Absolutely through with this bank and it feels so good.
