U-Haul Moving & Storage of Research Triangle

Contact on 28 March 2024 between 1030 - 1110. I have rented with this location for over three years due to living out of the country. I had years worth of receipt issues. Staff was very Professional, Patient, and Solved Problems - retain and promote at all costs.

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to take my five stars to one star. I had originally six storage units at this facility. I run a small business. Even though this is a new facility. It is infested with mice and when I say invested picture roaches and now replace it with mice. That's how many mice have been in these units. It takes me two to three months just to get out of one unit when it should just take a day or two because I literally have to disinfect, clean and repackage everything before moving it to another facility. I reported this nothing was done. I also have terrible problems when trying to call management. They answer the phone by immediately putting you on hold and leaving you there.
