Brittany was the one that helped me. So nice, walked us through everything. Also went into deep detail of all the basics stuff of what I wanted and helped me pick the best out of all my options. Helped me pick out my dream car essentially. Absolutely love this place and would recommend to anyone!!!

I showed up at Hendrick early on a Tuesday with no appointment and with what I thought was an out of order tire pressure indicator. The service technician at reception soon spotted a screw embedded in one of the tires that was causing a leak. The leak was repaired relatively quickly considering how many people were waiting for service and they even spotted and replaced a burned out light. They even did a complementary safety check and carwash. I could not have asked for more efficient and friendly service.

Based on my recent car purchase experience, I highly recommend the services of Hendrick Subaru Southpoint, and the services of Sales Representative Ke-Londa Taborn.
Ke-Londa provided all requested information prior to my trip to Durham. She also offered to meet me at the Amtrak Station. Ke-Londa welcomed me to the modern dealership, which provided a comfortable atmosphere with clean restrooms and a customer area well-stocked with refreshments.
To my pleasure, I found the vehicle in the condition Ke-Londa had conveyed. The purchase process was efficient, and without pressure to purchase an extended warranty and other options, and without surprise fees. My entire experience with Hendrick, Ke-Londa, and Jacob (Purchasing Assistant) was positive.
With a high-level of confidence, I recommend the services of Hendrick Subaru Southpoint, and the services of Ke-Londa Taborn.
