        Arrived 30 min before my appointment and 2 families that arrived 30 min after me got seen first. Would not let me go in to the room with my minor and told me to wait in the lobby. They had her just standing in the cray room for a while. Only when they saw me check up on her is when they decided to start the X-rays

        Kids dental transformations has been great so far with our youngest. She has never really had a fear of the dentist and everyone here really puts her mind at ease and the entire staff is amazing. 10/10 recommend them every time someone is looking for a pediatric dentist.

        Best Dentist office I have been to front desk was amazing everybody was very nice made sure my 5 year old was comfortable and they accept medicaid .Such a gem here in E.C.

        I am very very pleased with our trip to the dentist! It was our first trip for my daughter with autism. They were very accommodating and understanding of her history with sensory issues involving brushing her teeth. They didnt make me feel like the worlds worst mom about it either! We will definitely be using them as our regular dentist. Very kind staff and super fun waiting room.

      Thank you for your feedback. We always value the input of our young patients parents and guardians. The nature of every appointment is different, as is every patients needs. Appointments and their times also vary in nature. What what patient is being seen for, may not be what another is being seen for. We certainly apologize for any misunderstanding on that level. We do take the care of our patients VERY seriously, both as it relates to clinical needs as well as overall safety needs. Our actions fall in line with mandated guidelines for the safety of all. Again, we do appreciate your feedback so that we may continue to ensure quality care for our patients.
