I purchased a firearm from the owner of this establishment. This was a firearm that he had built. By saying built not personally manufactured, but he built from a new upper and lower receiver that was manufactured. The gun was purchased on 03/93/2023 it is now 11/16/2023. When I purchased the gun and went to fire the firearm it malfunctioned. It would not extract. I took the firearm back and he said he would fix it. After going back numerous he keeps telling me he will fix it . No courtesy calls and lack of communication. At this point Im completely frustrated. The owner still has the firearm at his store. He has replaced numerous parts, and still no working firearm. This has been going on for seven months. This is absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. I want resolution

Very impressed with the staff, great people and very knowledgeable. I found the AR I've been looking for a long time. The amazing part is they built it in house for a price that beats most of the others.
