Evolution Ink

About two weeks ago I went to Evolution Ink for a coverup Tattoo. Grant was my Artist. I was quoted 400 max for the piece.. paid my deposit of 150 and returned to get what ended up being the worst looking tattoo Id ever gotten. I wanted roses. The tattoo I was getting was on the back of my neck and was supposed to round up behind my ear but what I got was two separate roses, one which looked like a corn husk which I did not notice until The next day when I removed the film and my family was like wtf. I Saw one of the roses while I was still at evolution and because its on the back of my neck and had to look at it standing backwards I didnt realize how bad it looked. I never did get to see the rose behind my ear.. the one that looked like a corn husk.. before it was bandaged up and now I know why. I left with the piece incomplete, my skin was irritated so Grant said he would add Im some leaves and a stem next session once it healed. I was charged for 3 hours.. so 450 total. Again I was quoted 400 max, ended up paying 450 and was expected to return and have to pay even more for a piece that looked hideous. I was so upset about the appearance of my tattoo once I was able to get a better look at it that I wouldnt dare let this tattoo be finished at this shop! Today I went to New World Ink and had to have my entire tattoo redone (minus the color I plan to get once healed) and had to dish out another 300 (this includes my future session for color). The Artist at New World Ink fixed my tattoo and Im just thankful I didnt go back to be experimented on anymore at evolution ink. I did not complain to the artist or the owner after all this.. itd be a waste of time since I will never be back. Just choose your Artist wisely. Their portfolios are not all of their work, but just their best work. Service: Tattoos

Great prices, Veronica did my friend's tattoo and it turned out great freehanded! Probably the lowest tattoo prices in the area with great work!

They got me for my $150 deposit. I had no idea that daylight savings time started. I called to let them know I was running late and why. No exceptions to the dumbest policy I've ever heard of. Doesn't even look like a tattoo studio. Cheap pawnshop guitars hanging on the walls instead of classic flash. One star because it wouldn't let me do zero! Services: Tattoo design, Tattoos

Ive gotten two tattoos here and the artist Tyler is amazing! Not only did he make my tattoo look perfect he also made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I will always recommend this place and him!
