        I bought a toolbox for my truck. The tray was missing, the keys, no installation supplies. The manager at Franklin said it didn't come with these items I called the manufacturer,, they were surprised. They toldr all these items should be there. What did I pay 439.00 For.         Store personnel are friendly and helpful. However. Sales signs marked on shelves do not reflect on merchandise when checked at register. Additionally, checkout personnel are unaware of sales and unable to change prices without authorization from a manager. In one instance, they "checked" the price to see if a sale reduction had rung up, told me it had. And continued, when in fact, it did not happen as indicated on the screen right in front of me... Next time, I will drive the extra 30 minutes to highway 74 to the other store and save the aggravation.
