Always forget about Staples. Need to remember they have decent stuff and good prices. Quick in and out drop off of my Amazon return. Very friendly staff.

Chris was extremely helpful helping me when I called as well as when I got to the store. He checked to make sure a chair was in stock before I drove out there. Had the chair pulled out from the back room as soon as I got there. Loaded the chair into the car for me! Excellent customer service. One of a kind! Huge kudos to Chris!!!!!

After spending hours trying to get up with hp support and then finally getting in touch with them and troubleshooting they told me to return my ink to staples where I had purchased it and try replacing it. I called staples to make sure they were open and arrived 5 minutes before close. I told the cashier I needed to return the ink and get a new box of ink. They had to look it up and couldnt find my purchase. Another employee looked it up and could not find it in the system so he said he would have to do a non receipted return. He then handed me a gift card. I said I wanted to get a new box of ink. He then said I wish you had told me that. I would have just gotten you a new box of ink. He said you can go get a new box, but we ARE closed. I was so shocked at his response as I was there BEFORE they were closed and they were in the process of helping me.If he had listened to me to begin with he would have known I was there to exchange. I have been a long time customer at this staples but I have to say I was very disappointed in this customer service. Very unprofessional and actually rude.
