Superior customer service - I had already listed my property with another FSBO service, but Valerie contacted me and posted my house on her site. She was helpful, kind, and not at all pushy. Just what people who prefer FSBO want! I was impressed. She followed up with me after my sale (the house sold in one day) and I would highly recommend people work with her.

From start to finish, RADFSBO is the way to go when selling your home in the Raleigh Durham area! It was so easy to create our listing through the website and have potential buyers viewing it that same day. We received a professional looking sign to place in the yard as well as marketing through Facebook and other websites. The customer service was amazing throughout the entire process! Can not recommend enough!
