Reserve at Bradbury Place

I feel place is bad for me there is ding dong ditching in there pool rules are strict witch I don't like we can't even invite family or friends no more

We lived here for a few months and we broke our lease and paid the fine to move out! The management here is awful! The ladies in the front office are never on the same page or either they lie for another. Weve caught them in numerous lies! The assistant manager Kriz and Ashley never seem to know whats going on, you would think being an assistant manager youd have a clue about something but to never know anything? Why do you even work here if you never know anything? Communication is absolutely terrible. They are consistently forgetting things and never follow through with what they say! Weve lived in many places and this by far THE worst management weve ever dealt with! Steer clear!

Beware, this place does not care about its tenants ive had so many bad experiences living here and I have friends who have lived here whove had nothing but bad experiences as well, They legit have their maintenance guys digging in the trash cans going through peoples trash our lease is up in June and we cant wait to get out of here!

I'm improving my review, because things are getting better. When I moved here in 2018, I would have rated this place 5 stars. It was clean, well-kept, well-maintained, with the friendliest staff and maintenance crew you could find. The property changed owners a few times in the years following that, and some unpleasant individuals moved in with no respect for their neighbors or the peace and quiet of a normal bed time. The regular power-washing of the buildings and other external upkeep also happened less frequently. The only redeeming aspect at the time were the staff and maintenance crew, who as always, were first class. In the last year or so, the property owners have been investing more into proper care of the place once again. The noisy residents are gone, the property is getting cleaner, and the overall quality is once again on the rise. If things keep going this way, I'd love to be able to give the place 4 or 5 stars again. It's still extremely pricey, but starting to feel like it's worth the money again. As always, the staff and maintenance crew are amazing, and will do anything in their power to make sure you are well taken care of and everything runs smoothly. That was what kept me here through the worst of times, and it remains the biggest perk of living here even as things are getting better.

Stopped by to inquire about their 3 bedrooms...immediately I was told they don't have any available & they have nothing they can show us. First, she didn't even inquire when I need the apartment. I'm not looking to move now. She pushed a piece of paper with information on it. I pushed it back. I could tell she wasn't interested in telling us about the property. She didn't offer to show us any kind of a model of any size. She didn't say "we'd love to have you" or "if you give us your information we can call you when a three bedroom opens" or "thanks for stopping by." I definitely didn't feel like I'd like to live there. If this is how you are with potential residents I'm afraid how I would be treated after I sign the lease. Even if a three bedroom became available in October when I'm looking to move --- this place is a hard NO for me. I would recommend calling ahead of time to make sure the property manager is there when you go to inquire about their property because I have a good friend who knows her & she said she's great at her job & she's very friendly. I should have listened to my friend. Good luck.
