My ice machine stopped working. She replaced it and gave me tips on refrigerator maintenance. She was knowledgeable and affordable! I would recommend and call again for any appliance issues. Also a 30-day warranty and she reached out the next day to make sure everything was working.

She didn't put the hose on properly. Told me she'd return to complete the job. She didn't. My washer was leaking. She charged $150 to change the hose and everyone else I told about it afterwards said it was too expensive. She said she'd refund 65% of the fee back, she didn't. She never returned a call. The integrity is very low. She said she was motivated to do this type of work to prove men wrong, but I don't see it. I wouldn't recommend.

Jamie was there to fix my tenants stove the same day I called. Price very reasonable. She also diagnosed a dryer issue that I was not aware of. I will be using her services again in the future.

SCAM If you have money to waste call this scammer. I called her on Feb 2 2024. My dishwasher 1 year old was not cleaning dishes after 3 washes. She said shed be out next day. Which she was. She was at my home for 4 hours trying to get dishwasher out from under counter. She does not know which way to turn a screw. She turned balancing peg the wrong way. I kept telling her the back was getting higher. Damaged the back top of dishwasher trying to pull it out back top right corner dented in. She said the problem was my drain hose had a S in it like sink drain so dirty water was backing up in dishwasher. So she tied drain hose to my drawer it only opens 4 inches now she zip tied it to metal bar that drawer slides on to open. She stripped water connection to dishwasher said we need the part for $30 and it would be mailed to my home in a week. Then 16th of February no part so I texted her. She said they finally located the part and it would be there on Tuesday still have not received it yet. Sunday March 3rd notice my hardwood floor felt soft my son put the phone under dishwasher to Take pictures and there was standing water underneath my cabinets under dishwasher. My dishwasher is in the bar part of my cabinets so backside hardwood was wet front of dishwasher was wet subfloor under dishwasher wet with standing water. today is March 6 its three days later floor still wet. Dishwasher now in middle of my kitchen floor. I have someone. Coming tomorrow to give me estimates on fixing all of it. She has not returned my text since February 16. She took $100 to come out $30 for part I never got. Now I have to pay another person to come out dry floor, fix dishwasher, cut drain hose from drawer middle roller bar, try to get dent out back corner and replace damaged hardwood floor. $130 job costing over $5000. I have pictures and I have saved text messages for all of this. Dont hire her for any reason unless you have lots of money to waste. And still have broken appliances. Awful. She is a scam dont even know which way to screw a foot. Leaves hose on floor under dishwasher with water dripping out should have capped it off. Id give zero stars if it would let me.
