        Everyone in the service office was very good to deal with however I didnt realize until I got home that someone in service had put a fresh scatch right in the center of my drivers door and also there was oil spillage or residue all over the front fender and hood that I had to clean up when I got home I dont like to be that guy because I used to be in the business but they should take more pride in there work as well as being careful with customers vehicles especially when they are 70 + thousand dollars

        Scheduled appt for 8 for an oil change: Staff comes in at 8:30 casually , the poor delivery lady unload parts to come to a closed establishment that's stated to be open at 8 am. Then it takes an hour . The inconvenience is ridiculous especially for the area . Ford directly across the street never missed a beat on appointments.
