The worst customer service ever !

Went it to ask for a brochure about possibly opening a che king and savings account t ( thinking of switching banks) 3 people standing doing nothing and one lady at the front. I walk over and ask for a brochure. I was told yo take a seat. Two ladies came over and tried to make me scan a bar code to check in. I said I'm not scanning g any bar code I just need a brochure about your services. They said if I did not van the bar code they could not help me. I found a bank. SOUTHERN Bank. Very rude and unprofessional. Not getting my money

The branch never has enough employees and they are never willing to do anything. I have worked for a bank and I understand the logistics, but their customer service is non-existent. The PNC in other states are so helpful but not this location. I don't know if it has to do with the merger or if it's just this location.
