Cheshire Pork

Outstanding customer service as well as the best pork in the country IMO. I recently ordered a whole, bone-in pork shoulder. I received a slightly smaller one (16 lbs) than I had received in a previous order (which was 20 lbs -- as advertised ). I called to inquire about the size difference. I received a return phone call the next day with an explanation of what happened and an offer to send me another 20 lbs shoulder free of charge. And that is what they did. Outstanding customer service as well as the best pork in the country IMO.

What a cute general store celebrating NC and the pig. While there are some local products to choose from including candy spices and sauces, much more of it comes from out of state, except the pork of course! There are pork themed shirts of all sizes available for sale. Dip mixes sauces coffee and more! You can also order milkshakes which were popular even on a cold December day. I found unique gifts made in North Carolina for family out of state. In my quest to buy local products, I'm glad I stopped at this quaint general store, really more a pig/pork market. Got to be NC! Shout out to all the hog farmers. This is a great way to show we support you.

Such a cute little shop! The staff are so welcoming when you walk in. They have a wide variety of meats, rubs, sauces, and so much more for you to choose from!  I love walking around the place!The milkshake shop is phenomenal! Love the specialty flavors they have. The Smores and the Strawberry Shortcake milkshakes were both absolutely delicious!Definitely a must visit if you're in the area!
