I have been using this incredible business for my taxes for close to 10 years. They are by far the best Ive ever worked with. They are easy to communicate with, and are willing to go above and beyond for all of your financial needs.

Brandon Gray of Banks, Gray & Crumpler, PLLC has a thing for spamming people via email about his side project. I'd be very weary of doing business with anyone who spams people incessantly.

Very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and lack of concern we received when trying to use the services of Brandon Gray at Banks, Gray & Crumpler. After literally MONTHS of calls, emails, messages etc., we have had exactly 1 returned call and one email response. Being ignored by your CPA is unacceptable, especially with dozens of attempts to receive some sort of help. I have tried to be patient, but today makes 2 months and 8 days since I was told I would hear back "next week". We have decided to find another company and give up on this company, I do not know if this is other peoples experiences, but we felt ignored, pushed aside, and almost intentionally ignored. I don't understand the reasoning, we would have gladly spent all the money necessary to take care of our books, but instead, received false promises and unanswered calls for assistance. I would highly recommend finding another accounting firm.
