I would not give this store a star if I did not have to! Megan the manager walked up to my daughter at 6 on the dot to tell us we had to get out because they are closing the store. This was my daughters first time in the store and she wanted to experience ulta. Remind you I spent 200 in that store!!!!!

I took my daughter to Ulta shortly after the store opened and Benton took such good care of her that I had to return for my needs! He is super patient and well knowledgeable in application and products. He introduced me to January who also took care of a skincare concern that I had. They both made sure I was comfortable and stayed with me until I went to the register. I will return!

I got my hair and makeup services done at Ulta and let me tell you the whole team was phenomenal. Let me tell you I rarely go anywhere to get my hair and makeup done I am diy through and through. I was skeptical at first but they took care of me and made me feel comfortable. I was asked questions about what I wanted and if there was something I wanted to change. Ive never felt so taken care of before going anywhere for these services. I completely felt listened to. Benton (Formal Makeup) & Haley and Another Amazing Lady [if you see this please let me know your name so I can add it to this review] ( Formal Hair)! But the customer service was amazing Ill definitely be going back for needed services. 10/10

i went in to buy makeup and skincare to use one of my coupons. the cashier jaelyn was so helpful and patient. she was very informative and friendly as well. i really appreciate her kindness and her hard work to be so accommodating to me while i was scrambling to figure out the deals/coupons.
