        Recently worked with Betsy Carter to get a pre-approval letter for a mortgage loan. She was super friendly, informative and easy going. I bank with Wells Fargo and only opened up a trust account but, due to the excellent customer service, Im contemplating switching my checking account over to SECU as well.
