        Although the providers are good, they can't seem to keep them on staff (we're now with our THIRD NP/PA because the others jump ship). The front desk crew gives you an appt card but then doesn't bother to call you to alert you when your provider quits so you show up on your next appt date only to discover you don't have an appt after all. And then when they reschedule you with another provider, they tell you 8:15am, you arrive a few minutes early and are then informed that they entered it in their system for 9am, and you STILL aren't seen until after 11am because they're backed up!!! What the heck?!?

        Sat in the office for 2 and a half hours after my appointment time until I was finally seen. And now, it has been two weeks since the appointment and still have yet to get my prescription filled because they will not send it back to the pharmacy.
