I had such a great experience with this shop! I called them from Florida 30 mins before they closed and needed a memorial arrangement for the next morning. I had little knowledge of the service time or even the person's first name. Robin helped me every step of the way! And she even researched the name and service time and was pleasant and so helpful during the entire conversation. I highly recommend them for all your flower needs!!!

Arrangement was not as described, ordered blue skies and got pink and purple!!. Chocolate wasnt delivered. Card was hand written and ugly! Flowers died in 3 days!! Horrible, all of it. Spent $70 for something I could have done myself, and better !

The flowers I ordered were awful. Didn't look anything like the picture. I don't know what local florist did it, but I will NEVER use Flowers For You again.

I called to inquire about buying flowers long distance and the man I spoke with had a nasty attitude only because I spoke about being cheated bc I cant see the arrangement before sent out.? This is my money and I was only concerned because we know once you pay for something over the phone you dont know what you will get. I would not recommend them by phone for this reason. He told me if I felt I was going to be cheated to call somewhere else. I thought that was very negative on his behalf instead of assuring me I would be satisfied or they do a good job. Oh well I called some place else Pinewood Florist and got better service. Thanks for nothing!!!
